About Two Pines Bodywork
Hi, I’m Shae!
I am licensed in multiple states and offer a wide range of modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage techniques, cupping, and guided/assisted stretching. My goal is always to create a safe, relaxing, and effective experience tailored to each person’s needs.
Outside the studio, I’m a mom of two who finds endless inspiration in the outdoors. Whether we’re exploring the dunes, camping, spending a day at the beach, enjoying a rodeo, or playing on the water, nature is where I recharge—and that sense of calm and connection flows directly into my work
